Where is the Farm? Masseria Marianna is located between Specchia and Lucugnano, a fraction of Tricase.

How far from the sea the Masseria is located? Marianna farm is located about 15 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and Marina Pescoluse for a journey time of approximately 10 minutes by car.

How can I book? To book you should send an email via the website contact form and, within a few hours,  you will receive an offer with detailed procedures to confirm your reservation.

What type of accommodation has the Farm? Masseria Marianna offers  apartments for 3 guests,  2 bedroom apartments with kitchen and 3 bedrooms apartments.

We are a family with 2 / 3 children, you have an apartment with a kitchen for our needs? No, unfortunately they are all self-catering apartments for 2 / 3 people. For a family like yours we have only two apartments and the Mandorlo Grande and  il Giardino which haven't kitchenettes.

How is , in general, housing? Our accommodations are located around the central body of the farm and are furnished in a simple and traditional. All have private bathroom, air conditioning, fridge and TV.

The apartments have outdoor spaces to relax, sunbathe, read or get a coffee? Yes, all rooms have a private outdoor space to relax in the countryside. The Lodge room has a private balcony overlooking the yard of the Farm.

How is made breakfast? Our breakfast is typically genuine and abundant. It's served at the table every morning from 7.30 to 10.00 and up and provides a set menu consisting of bread baked in the oven of stone (of day) pan-cake, homemade jam, UHT milk, fresh fruit , tea, coffee, cake of the day.

The Farm has a WI-Fi? The Farm has a Wi-Fi system that covers the central body and is open for customers.

Do you allow pets? Yes, our facility is proudly Pet-Friendly.

Are There animals in the Farm? No, our farm produces only olive oil and we have no animals of any kind.

Can I only book 2 / 3 nights? Depending on availability we accept less than one week stays only in spring, in June, the first two weeks of July and Septembe, not in August.

Can I book 10 days in August? No, unfortunately, from mid-July and throughout August we accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday only.

How does the check-in? Check-in is done by appointment at +39-320-0262002 and usually is after 16.30 and until 21.00 on day of arrival. It's possible to arrange a call time of arrival in the evening than the 21.00 with a bonus of € 30.00 per room. It's absolutely impossible to check in from 13.00 to 16.30.

Travel in the night and arrive early in the morning, what do you advise me to do? Come to Masseria leave your bags at reception and run to Samarinda for a swim and a drink after the 16.30 we will give you your room.

How access is controlled by the pool? Access is free in the pool from 10.00 to 19.00. In the afternoon we rely on common sense of the guests in order to minimize behaviors that may disturb the other guests.

How do you set the cleaning of the rooms? The rooms are tidied up every day or morning or afternoon. The towels are usually replaced every three days or the request fee. The cleaning dishes in the kitchens of the apartments is the responsibility of the guests.

Can I pay by debit or credit card? Certainly, we accept payment cards and credit of the major international circuits.

Where better to go to the beach? If you like the cliffs and prefer to swim in the water green, clear and deep, we recommend our bathing establishment Samarinda End Beach (on pier) of Santa Maria di Leuca. Otherwise, if you prefer the sand, we recommend Marina Pescoluse.

There are discounts for customers at Samarinda Fine Beach? Yes, if you are a guest of the Farm, for June, July and September, umbrella and sun beds for free. While in August a 20% discount.

It's possible to have lunch at Samarinda? Certainly, at  Samarinda find Salentine dishes, salads, cold dishes and appetizers.
