Return policies as a result of cancellation.

The Direction reserves the right to apply the following penalties in case of cancellation of reservation or early departure:

• during the stay for early departures, and up to 14 days before the 'arrival 100% of the amount paid;
• 15 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the amount paid;
• 31 to 45 days before arrival 30% of the amount paid;
• more than 45 days before arrival only € 50 for administrating fee .

The above policies are peremptory and mandatory and shall be deemed accepted upon confirmation of booking with the payment of the deposit.
