In Farm you will find our facility manager who will welcome you and settle in the rooms. It will remain available in the farm throughout the day, assisting you in all the small daily needs and advising on places to visit,  to book restaurants, etc.. The breakfast, milk, tea coffee, juice, bread, homemade sweet and savory pastries, homemade jams, fresh fruit, is served at the table in the main room of the farmhouse from 7.30 to 10.00. Services include daily cleaning and end of stay. The bed linen is changed every week, towels every 3 days. The use of the swimming pool is included in the price and the farm you can hire beach towels. There are 6 mountain bikes available to guests at no extra charge. Farm is available in a WI-FI available to guests. The parking lot is reserved and covered. In June and July included in the price we offer our guests an entrance hall, umbrella and sun beds at Samarinda Fine Beach, our factory located on the seafront of Santa Maria di Leuca.
