By car: by 16 SS from Brindisi, Lecce, take the Tangenziale Ovest exit and follow the directions for Santa Maria di Leuca along the SS 275 to get to Lucugnano. In Lucugnano, at the second traffic light turn on the right.  You'll see the Old Barony Palace, behind it there is Via Delle Grazie, straight on Via delle Grazie and turni on the left on Strada San Leonardo. After 400/500 meters turn on the left and after 200 meter there is the old gate of Masseria Marianna. Next the gate there is very little road that bring to the access of Masseria.

By Air: The nearest airport is Brindisi Casale from which a service is made up of public transport only in Lecce. The airport of Brindisi is connected to the main Italian and European cities with Alitalia - Ryanair - Easyjet - Airberlin. At the airport you can rent a car with Europcar, Hertz, Maggiore.
